The project consisted in designing a 5500 m2 building for 200 people. It had to contain apartments for single and double beds, 30 and 45m2 respectively, and apartments for whole families of four people. The building was to be designed in the Barri del Raval (Barcelona).
The proposed solution was a dynamic façade to give a touch of life to an otherwise quiet, dead and sometimes dangerous street. The building was structured in two parts, one held the larger apartments, being a more traditional style building, while the other containing the more dynamic ones, for singles and couples which would come and go.
